Inside Pass membership is offered exclusively to Whirlpool employees & retirees, business partners, and their friends & family. Once you sign up for Whirlpool Inside Pass, you will be able to;

How to Sign up for the Whirlpool Inside Pass

  • To sign up for the Whirlpool Inside Pass program online, kindly copy https://www.whirlpoolinsidepass.com/login.html into your browser and launch it.
  • On the Whirlpool Inside Pass login page, click on “Create Account“
  • Enter your email address to create an account. For a smoother sign-up experience, we recommend using your work email.

As a Whirlpool Employee

Whirlpool employees automatically get access to Inside Pass and do not need to sign up. To log in, you will use your assigned WPass user ID and existing Whirlpool password.

If you do not know your Whirlpool user ID and password, please check with your manager or contact the Whirlpool Benefits Center at 1-888-539-2372, available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

As an Employee of a Whirlpool Supplier, Vendor, or Trade Customer

When attempting to activate an account, if your email domain is not automatically recognized as a Whirlpool Partner, you will be prompted to enter your unique Group Code in the Sign-Up form.

Your group code is available through your company’s human resources department or secure employee benefits website. Once you have your group code, follow the Sign-Up steps, and you will have access to Inside Pass.

As a Whirlpool Retiree

If you retired from Whirlpool at age 55 or older with at least 10 years of service, you are eligible to continue your access to Inside Pass.

You will need the retiree group code to register, which you can get from the Whirlpool Benefits Center at 1-888-539-2372, available M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Once you have your group code, simply follow the Sign-Up step, and you will have access to Inside Pass.

Guest Pass Recipients

If you received a guest pass, you do not need to sign up with a group code. The invitation email you receive will contain your account/Login and a link to set up your password. Please use the link within your invitation email to log in.

Whirlpool Inside Pass Login

Whirlpool employees automatically get access to Inside Pass and do not need to sign up. To log in, you will use your assigned WPass user ID and existing Whirlpool password.
